This is a thoroughly updated edition of a best selling title which now includes an expanded chapter on exotic options. The book starts with the history and development of the product and the markets and goes on to cover all aspects of foreign exchange options, both over-the-counter and exchange listed. The benefits of using options to hedge foreign exchange exposure are explained as the various strategies are encountered. In addition the hedging of options as practised by the major international banks is explained in detail.
