Real estate finance has changed dramatically in the last decade. FRED ACKER has a PhD in Economics from Washington University and is Managing Director of Atlantic 3 Funds Management Ltd, specializing in funding debt and equity for commercial real estate investments and developments, as well as acting as a financing and structuring advisor for real estate projects. Previously, he was on the faculty of Bond University, Australia.
