O2 UK has launched O2 Mobile Broadband to allow customers to take advantage of fast internet connectivity while on the move.

Online services can be accessed by plugging a memory stick into the USB port of a PC or laptop computer.

The service is available to all O2 customers and offers 3GB of included UK data usage on the O2 network and unlimited Wi-Fi every month through the 7,500 hotspots provided by its partner The Cloud in the UK. Customers will be given round-the-clock support from a UK call centre.

The company launched the 02 Broadband service last October and claims that 90 per cent of its customers would recommend the service to family and friends.

Its Mobile Broadband aims to offer customers a "complete set of complementary services" and is available from £20 a month.

"Getting the customer experience right is crucial.
