Alliance & Leicester opens Leeds Business Centre

18 May 2005
Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank opened its new Business Centre in Leeds yesterday.

The new centre is one of six to be opened by Alliance & Leicester this year, and is situated in the heart of the Yorkshire city.

It offers a full banking service and provides a greater level of support for the bank's existing and new business customers.

Businesses with a turnover of more than £1 million or a borrowing requirement of more than £50,000 will be the focus of the new Leeds Business Centre.

"An increasing number of our existing and new customers have more complex banking requirements and this is why we have taken the decision to launch our new Business Centres," said Steve Jennings, director of business banking at Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank.

"The Yorkshire Business Centre team has a wealth of commercial finance expertise to help businesses in the region find the most appropriate solution for their financial requirements."

Already supporting more than 11,000 organisations in Yorkshire, Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank's team will offer tailor-made, professional help regarding finance, money transmission services and investment to help customers to develop their businesses further.
