Mortgage 2000 launched a competitive new mortgage deal this week in conjunction with Universal Building Society.
The new mortgage will be added to the lender's exclusive m2-mortgage club.
The new Light Touch mortgage offers an initial pay rate of 5.84 per cent plus £250 cashback and a free valuation.
Product manager for Mortgage 2000, Chris Burton, said: "I am enthusiastic about the launch of this product as it brings a new element to m2-mortgage club."
The Light Touch mortgage also carries no minimum or maximum intermediary fee.
