New and improved mortgages from cahoot

22 November 2005
The new cahoot mortgage range is set to put a smile on the faces of homebuyers looking for a new mortgage.

The mortgage provider, which offers its products through Abbey, has improved its mortgage rates and increased its range of customer options.

Rates have been reduced by 0.1 per cent on cahoot's two-year tracker mortgages and the mortgages now have no booking fee.

John Goddard, managing director of cahoot, said: "Our fixed and tracker mortgages now offer more attractive rates and we’ve also expanded the range by offering tracker mortgages with no fee.

"The new remortgage package that we have introduced offers borrowers who move their mortgage to cahoot the benefit of free valuation and legal fees, which is a big incentive."

The Flexible Plus mortgage is still available at 4.95 per cent and gives customers more flexibility by allowing underpayments, overpayments and payment holidays.
