25 July 2007
The city centre property market in eastern Europe offers buyers "good capital growth" and stability, it has been claimed.

According to independent broking and advisory service, areas such as Budapest are "particularly good" due to the improving infrastructure of the city as well as the financial benefits investors can pick up.

Ewan McGarrie, chief executive of the company, added that eastern European investments may be of more worth than ski resorts on the continent, as the latter may only appeal to a "niche" market.

"A lot of the more mature markets, particularly the case with a lot of ski resorts, aren't necessarily giving the same capital growth as you'd find in other locations, such as a city centre," he said. offers an advisory service giving client purchase, financial and legal advice.
