The BlackBerry Bold 9700 is the successor to the original BlackBerry Bold 9000. The new Bold 9700 comes with a 2.6 inch TFT display with widescreen aspect and 480x360 pixels. It has a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera and all-round connectivity consisting of 3G, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. The traditional BlackBerry trackball has been traded in for a miniature touchpad and the newcomer features the latest version of the BlackBerry OS, version 5.The BlackBerry Bold 9700 has been described as "the most gorgeous BlackBerry on the planet" with a titanium chrome finish on the bevel that contrasts against the glossy black finish on the front and leather back. The front of the 9700 looks good too with a crisp and vibrant screen. It has a fantastic keyboard with a curved design on every key to enable precision typing.
