There will be pre-installation for modern air conditioning, although the airy design and the south-east orientation of these houses that takes advantage of sea breezes means air conditioning is not essential. Kitchens will have all pipework and worktops in place. Some properties will enjoy sea and beach views from their upper floors.
About the area
The beach, bay and development are protected by natural reefs, making this one of the most highly regarded beach areas in Natal. A new airport is being constructed at São Goncalo do Mirante on the north side of the river Potengy (dividing the city of Natal) and on the same side of the river as Jacumã Beach & Golf Village, about 14 miles away. The project is close to the large entertainment zone, and only five minutes away from local attractions.
