Florida Investment Property
Florida Investment Property
With its humid subtropical climate, Florida provides an attractive proposition for property investment. Florida averages roughly three hundred days of sunshine per year and is also the fourth most populous state in the United States, with hundreds of miles of beaches. It relies heavily on tourism for its economic health.
The focus on tourism combined with the other financial and environmental conditions made Florida an attractive target for property investment. Any investment can be used to either secure income through renting or letting in addition to providing a home in Florida should the owner wish to retire or holiday there. The market for housing in Florida is a well-developed one, meaning returns may not be as high as other countries, but this is offset by the other advantages that Florida offers.
There is a downside however, as one of the disadvantages of investment in Florida property is the high frequency of storms and hurricanes that cross the state.
