Free Business Loan

Free business loans do not mean that you do not have to pay the loan back, but that you do not have to pay any interest on it. Free business loans are provided by the government to help small or ailing businesses to expand or survive. To stand a good chance of a successful free business loan application, you should:

  • Have a good credit history
  • Run the business profitably for at least 12 months
  • Submit cash flow predictions and outgoing statements
  • Occupy the majority of the premises owned by your business

If you are unsuccessful in getting a free business loan from the government, you should shop around for a commercial deal.
