Fair Investment ISA and Investment Account is open to investments of £5,000 or more and is provided at minimum cost to you. There are no set up charges or switch and top-up fees. All you pay is our annual service charge in addition to any investment charges. Please note that investment charges are also heavily discounted.

Please note that there will also be a dealing charge of 0.15% (subject to a minimum of £15) for directly held assets such as investment trusts and exchange traded funds. This charge is passed on directly from the stockbroker involved.
