Gold ETFs

Gold ETFs are Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) that either track a gold price index or directly hold gold. They are also known as Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs).

Gold ETFs provide exposure to gold which enables investors to benefit from appreciation in the value of the precious metal. (The price of gold can be volatile and may fall as well as rise, and ETFs may not be suitable for all investors.)
