Insolvency Practitioners
Insolvency Practitioners
Insolvency practitioners are appointed by official insolvency receivers if you have assets equalling a considerable amount. They are put in place to:
- Preserve and recover assets for creditors
- Advise those threatened by or subject to insolvency
- Help families of those individuals affected by bankruptcy to save the family home and other assets
Insolvency practitioners are only appointed if there is expected to be enough money from the insolvency to award them a sufficient percentage; otherwise, the insolvency receivers will manage the bankruptcy and winding up. Click on the link below to for debt advice and how to get out of it.
