FSA - no more enquiries about the affairs of Stuart Rose

The FSA has announced today that, as a result of its investigation, it will not be making any more enquiries about Stuart Rose.

The FSA stated on 28 May 2004 that it would be launching an investigation about possible insider trading in the shares of the Marks & Spencer Group.
 
The issue was referred to the FSA's Enforcement Division for investigation on 25th June.
