LLoyds TSB ISAs
LLoyds TSB ISAs
The Lloyds TSB ISAs offering has both Cash ISAs and Stocks and Shares ISAs , so that you can choose between a safe high interest savings account and an investment account, which is more risky but has the potential to offer greater investment returns.
With a Stocks and Shares ISA, you may invest up to £7,200 per tax year, and you may put up to £3,600 per tax year into a Lloyds TSB Cash ISA. You are permitted to put money into both a Stocks and Shares ISA and a Cash ISA during one tax year, as long as you do not put more than £3,600 into the Cash ISA, and the combined total of deposits does not exceed £7,200; however, you may, if you wish, invest your entire £7,200 allowance for the year into a Stocks and Shares ISA.
Lloyds TSB Stocks and Shares ISAs:
- No tax to pay on any profit made within the ISA.
- No tax to pay on any interest from corporate bonds or gilts
- Open the account online
- Transfer funds from a nominated bank account
- Free transfer of funds from existing stocks and shares ISAS
Lloyds TSB Cash ISAs offer:
- Minimum opening deposit of £10
- Competitive interest rate
- Tax-free return on the interest earned

Please bear in mind that:
Investment ISAs are designed as medium to long term investments, for example at least five years.
The value of your investment and the level of any income received from it can fall as well as rise and is not guaranteed and you may not get back the amount of your original investment.
The tax efficiency of ISAs is based on current tax law and there is no guarantee that tax rules will stay the same in the future.
If you choose an index-tracking trust which invests overseas, exchange rate variations may cause the value of your investment to increase or decrease.
If you unsure what Investment ISA plan is right for you speak to an independent investment adviser.
