Current Commerical Property ISA Deals >>
Property ISAs were launched by the Government in 2005, and are property investment funds that are allowed to be included in an ISA wrapper. Property ISAs are a tax efficient way to invest in commercial properties in the UK, like shops, offices and warehouses.
Property ISAs are a popular form of investment because it is more stable than stocks are shares due to the fact that property is not directly influenced by market conditions in the same way as the stock market is. You can generally invest a lump sum of £500 or more into a property ISA or a monthly amount of around £50 - there is no maximum investment.
- Before investing property ISAs, you should remember that: The value of your property ISA any income received from it can fall as well as rise
- You are not guaranteed to get back your original investment amount.
- You should think of your property ISA as a medium to long-term investment of at least five years.

Please bear in mind that:
Investment ISAs are designed as medium to long term investments, for example at least five years.
The value of your investment and the level of any income received from it can fall as well as rise and is not guaranteed and you may not get back the amount of your original investment.
The tax efficiency of ISAs is based on current tax law and there is no guarantee that tax rules will stay the same in the future.
If you choose an index-tracking trust which invests overseas, exchange rate variations may cause the value of your investment to increase or decrease.
