Eligibility and Restrictions


Depending on the account tariff that is selected, customers may be expected to adhere to certain criteria in order to avoid deposit charges. These restrictions are as follows:


  • Customers who pay a monthly fee of £7.50 should not deposit more than £1000 per month, if this so, then customers will pay a fee of 0.50p for every extra £100 they deposit
  • Customers who pay a monthly fee of £12.50 should not deposit more than £3000 per month, if this so, the same penalty applies
  • For customers who pay a monthly fee of £20.00, no more than £5000 should be deposited, or the same penalty will apply


Aside from these restrictions, customers are free to access to unlimited standing orders, debit card payments and bill transactions without any charge.
