Short Term Income Protection Insurance > This cover will protect you for a 12 month period & can be arranged to protect you financially in the event that you cannot work due to sickness, disability or unemployment.
Long Term Income Protection Insurance > This cover will normally pay up to 50% of your salary tax free & unlike short term cover this income can be paid up until your 60th birthday or until you are fit to return back to work. You are able to select the definition of work at outset e.g. own occupation. You can claim as many times as you like under the terms of this policy.
