What are cookies and how we use them?
A cookie is a small computer file which is downloaded to your computer hard drive when you visit a website. Cookies allow us to make our website more useful based on stored information about your preferences when you visit our website.
- Functional reasons – When you use our enquiry forms on the website to make it easier for you when completing more than one form cookies will allow you to pre-populate a form to save time.
- Marketing reasons – We use Google analytics to analyse visitor behaviour on our website. These analytical systems generate data about visitor behaviour by using cookies which are stored on users’ computers. The information generated relating to the use of our website is used to create reports that are used internally by the Company. Google stores this information.
How to control cookies?
You can do this for example on Internet Explorer by clicking “tools”, go to “Internet Options”, go to the “Privacy” tab and select “Block” for “first party cookies” and then “Block” again for “third party cookies” and un-check “always allow session cookies”.
