Webhost Supanet hopes to hoover up switchers

12 March 2007
Internet provider Supanet has opened a discounted rate broadband package to customers forced to leave internet service provider (ISP) Biscit after it went into administration this week.

With offers including a bundled package of broadband for £13.99 a month with landline phone calls thrown in for a £1 top-up, Supanet hopes to attract customers migrating away from previous service providers.

Despite being a relatively little-known broadband provider, Supanet’s web hosting work for customers seeking to build their own websites has been recognised by industry insiders – it won an award for fastest-growing web hosting company from Hostreview.com last month.

It is now offering customers who are uncertain whether Supanet represents the best deal for them the opportunity to trial its web hosting services for 90 days, free of charge.

With so many options available it is important we offer the best possible broadband deals,” stressed Supanet’s marketing manager Andrew Barton.

Bundled broadband services are rapidly becoming more popular, according to a study from uSwitch.com this week which found that two thirds of UK customers had already switched from single-service providers to deals offering two or more of broadband, digital TV, landline and mobile services.
