Natwest Fixed Rate Mortgage Rates Reduced Again
NatWest have announced reductions in their residential mortgages.
NatWest are delighted to announce further rate reductions of up to 16bps across their fixed rate product portfolios for both new and existing customers.
For a 2 year fixed rate mortgage, Natwest are offering a 60% loan to value product at 1.21%. For the 5 year fixed rate mortgage deal NatWest are offering a very attractive 1.55% for borrowers who have at least 40% equity in their property.
NatWest are also offering up to £250 cashback on selected deals.
