This insurance covers both you and your horse and features:

• Vets fees cover up to £5,000
• Death, Theft and straying cover for horses aged 30 days to 19 years
• Personal liability cover up to £2.5 million can be increased to £10 million.

Horse rider insurance

If you don’t own a horse but ride either regularly or occasionally this could be the right choice for you.

Features:

• Personal liability cover up to £2.5 million can be increased to £10 million.
• Vets fees covered up to £2000 following an accident to any horse you borrow – with an access of £145
• Personal accident cover – for injuries resulting from riding accidents for riders aged under 75 years.

Veteran horse cover

If you own a horse aged 20 years or over you may have certain unique needs that a veteran horse policy may cover.

Features:

• Vets bills up to £3000 for accidental external injury – £145 excess applies.
• Equipment covers for theft or damage
