Insurance News GEM Breakdown Cover Wins Customers Hearts Second Year In A Row

GEM Motoring Assist has continued to perform highly in the minds of its customers, remaining one of the top providers of car breakdown cover in the UK for the second consecutive year.
The Auto Express 2009 Driver Power Survey has found that GEM Motoring Assist is the runner up for best car breakdown cover provider , having won it last year.
The rescue service was also praised for excellence in being helpful and friendly, its general presentation, the overall service, and for offering good value for money.
Commenting on the accolade, GEM said in a statement that it “continues to outperform the better known national organisations,” having beating the RAC down into sixth place and the AA into eight position.
And, it added, it “is very proud to receive such a fantastic endorsement from the people who matter the most – our customers.”
