Eligibility criteria:
- Applicant will require a Good credit record (Equifax 400+; Experian 720+). If you’re unsure of your credit record then click here to check it for free
- No CCJs/Defaults/IVAs or bankrupts allowed
- Tenants and Homeowners are both eligible
- Minimum age is 24
- Maximum age is 72 (at time of application)
- Applicant cannot be unemployed (self-employed/retired is ok)
- A minimum income of £14,500 pa is required
- UK only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland ok but no Isle of Man or Channel islands)
- Applicant must have at least 3 credit files at their current address (mortage, loan, credit card etc) and if they’ve been at this address for less than 1 year then 3 at their previous address.
